By downloading, installing, or using Motifi ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. The App is developed by Jacob Kirsch ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our").
Motifi is an iOS application that provides customizable widgets for your device. The App offers both free and premium features, with premium features available through in-app subscriptions or a one-time purchase.
Motifi offers the following premium plans:

Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region. Actual prices may differ based on your local currency and App Store pricing.
Monthly and yearly subscription plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
Subscriptions (monthly and yearly) automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until your current subscription period expires.
All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policy. The Developer does not process payments or issue refunds directly.
All content, design, graphics, and other materials within the App are owned by Jacob Kirsch and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent.
Any photos or images you select for use in widgets remain your property. The App does not claim any ownership or rights over your content. All user content stays on your device as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Weather data, where available, is provided through Apple's WeatherKit and its accuracy is subject to third-party limitations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
